Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to comply with all the policies outlined below.
Safety Commitment
Safety is our top priority. We enforce strict safeguards to keep the platform secure, uphold standards, and maintain trust and satisfaction for everyone.
Digital Fraud Policy
Zero-tolerance for fraud. We comply with all applicable laws and do not accept illicit or unlawfully obtained funds. Funds suspected of fraud may be frozen or confiscated pending investigation.
PayPal Transactions
Friends & Family only. If you choose PayPal Balance, pay from your balance. If you choose Card or Bank, pay from a PayPal card or a linked bank account. Payments that don't meet these rules are rejected without refunds.
If the PayPal account is locked, funds are held until PayPal releases them. No 3rd-party payments (no refund if used). We do not cover PayPal fees. No notes on payments. We are not responsible for any transaction fees.
Crypto Transactions
Send the exact amount, currency, and to the correct address. Mismatches are rejected and not refunded. Gas/blockchain fees are your responsibility.
Deal Amount
If you send more than agreed, only the agreed amount will be exchanged. Any excess may be refunded or exchanged at the exchanger's discretion.
Ticket Amount
If you send more than the amount stated in the ticket, the extra is treated as a tip.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated during a deal, you must provide proof (e.g., a screen recording) showing the account belongs to you.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks via your bank or using PayPal Goods & Services are strictly prohibited. Opening a PayPal case results in loss of access to our services and immediate reporting.
Risk Disclosure
We are not responsible for trading losses or for accounts being restricted or locked. If you choose to interact with an exchanger who scams you, you are solely accountable.
Ticket Dealing
Transactions done in DMs void any refund eligibility. No refunds if the ticket is unclaimed by staff or if money is sent without confirmation. If you clicked Confirm Payment but received nothing (scam by exchanger), no refund will be issued.
