Safety Commitment
At our core, safety is our number one priority.
We have implemented strict measures to ensure a secure and trustworthy environment for everyone involved. We are dedicated to upholding these standards, fostering trust, and promoting satisfaction across our community.
Digital Fraud Policy
We operate under a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity and take immediate action on any suspected incidents.
Complying with all relevant laws and regulations, we do not accept illicit or unlawfully obtained funds. Funds suspected to be linked with fraud may be frozen or confiscated pending further investigation.
PayPal Transactions
All PayPal transactions must be sent as Friends and Family. If you select PayPal Balance for the transaction, payment must be made using your PayPal balance. If using PayPal Card or Bank, the payment must come from a PayPal card or a linked bank account. Payments not meeting these conditions will be rejected without refunds.
No notes should accompany payments. We are not responsible for any transaction fees.
• If the PayPal account gets locked, the money will be held until PayPal releases it.
• We do not accept 3rd party payments, if this happens you will not get a refund
• We do not pay Paypal fees (if any)
Crypto Transactions
All crypto payments must be sent to the correct address with the specified amount and currency.
Transactions that fail to meet these criteria will be rejected and will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any gas or blockchain fees incurred during the transaction.
Deal Amount
If you send more than the agreed amount for a transaction, only the originally agreed amount will be exchanged.
Excess funds will be at the discretion of the exchanger to refund or exchange.
Ticket Amount
If you send more than the specified amount mentioned in the ticket, the extra money will be considered a tip.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated during a deal, you must provide proof, such as a screen recording, to confirm that the account genuinely belongs to you.
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks via your bank or using PayPal G&S (Goods & Services) are strictly prohibited.
Initiating a PayPal case will result in losing access to our services and immediate reporting of the incident.
Risk Disclosure
We do not assume responsibility for losses you may incur from trading or if your accounts are restricted or locked.
If you choose to interact with an exchanger on our platform who turns out to be a scammer, you are solely accountable for the consequences.
Ticket Dealing
Transactions conducted in direct messages (DMs) will nullify any refund eligibility.
Refunds will not be issued if the ticket is unclaimed by staff or if money is sent without confirmation.
